  • More than 48 hours before visit: Full refund available
  • 24-48 hours before visit: 50% refund available
  • Less than 24 hours before visit: No refund available
2.2 Cancellation by Museum

If we cancel your visit due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency closure), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Gift shop purchases (physical items)
  • Membership fees (after the cooling-off period)

6. Exchanges

Subject to availability, you may exchange your tickets for a different date/time up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit at no additional charge.

7. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your scheduled visit without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
